The UPA is once again hosting a conference to provide organizers with a forum for learning about and sharing information regarding best league and organizational practices.  Some goals for the conference are to:

• Provide resources for organizers by encouraging league-to-league and league-to-UPA communication
• Continue providing services to league organizers
• Encourage the growth of Ultimate for all divisions by supporting league development
• Address issues and concerns for organizers of leagues of all sizes
  
• Determine how the UPA can continue to help and provide services for league organizers and address their needs
• Draw support for the UPA at all levels by providing opportunities and services that may otherwise be difficult for organizers to acquire
