Official Event Photographer
2008 UPA Youth Club Ultimate Championships
August 9-10 Blaine, MN
The UPA is looking for two (2) outstanding Official Event Photographers for the 2008 Youth Club Ultimate Championships. If you are a seasoned pro or think you have what it takes, read the following and apply today.
You will receive:
- A daily lunch ticket
- Access to Volunteer snack and drink tent
- Tournament disc
- Tournament staff t-shirt
- Access to on-site power for charging/recharging your equipment (if available)
- Guaranteed sideline access to all games including semifinal and final games
- Your information listed on the tournament website as Official Event Photographer (includes name, city, state, email, and website)
- A half page black & white ad (5.5”w X 4.25”h) in the event guide. Ads must be supplied by photographer.
UPA requirements:
- MUST have completed and signed the 2008 UPA Recording Partnership Agreement
- Able to attend each day of the event, including all awards, semifinals and finals
- Provide a minimum of three (3) quality images per division by 9:00pm local time each evening of the event to the UPA for possible purchase and usage on the UPA website
- Provide images from all award ceremonies including individual and team Spirit Award winners and Open and Girl’s finals award ceremonies for unlimited uses at no charge to the UPA*
- Provide a minimum of ten (10) marketing images for unlimited use at no charge to the UPA (i.e. sponsor signage, crowd shots, volunteer and staff working, etc.)*

For consideration to be selected as an Official Event Photographer for the 2008 Youth Club Ultimate Championships, please send a letter of interest, a website address or portfolio of recent works, and the dates and times that you are able to attend to Kelley Kneib, (kelley<at>upa<dot>org), UPA Director of Communications.
