About the Conference: This is organized and sponsored by the Ultimate Players Association and is the first national league conference for Ultimate league organizers in the US. The focus of the conference will be on sharing ideas and the best practices for organizing leagues and programs at the grass roots and regional level. We are still accepting applications.
Events at this conference may include presentations, participation in general gatherings, demonstration sessions and round table discussions. The UPA reserves the right to make adjustments in the schedule or program. To ensure that everyone is able to take full advantage of all activities, the conference is limited to 50 participants.
Program Schedule: Sessions will begin at 8:00am on Saturday and end by 12:30pm on Sunday. The schedule is now posted.
Conference Participation and Session Attendance: Applicants should be direct representatives of their local league or organization. Up to two representatives per league or organization can apply. Participants are invited to attend as many sessions as they like. There is no overlap in the times for scheduled sessions so attendance at every session is possible.
The Conference Site: The conference will be held in Meeting Room A and B at the Courtyard by Marriott, 948 W. Dillon Road, Louisville, CO 80027.
Conference Costs: The conference is free of charge. There is a $25.00 deposit to hold your reservation. This deposit will be refunded after the conclusion of the conference. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel your reservation after October 1st. Participants will be responsible for their own flight, lodging, transportation and meals. A limited number of rooms will be provided at the conference hotel. See hotel accommodations for details.

Please be sure to enclose the $25.00 deposit with your application. Applications will not be considered without the appropriate payment. (Do not send cash). Conference registration will be confirmed with a postcard via mail.
Hotel Accommodations: The UPA has hotel rooms blocked at the Courtyard by Marriott, 948 W. Dillon Road, Louisville, CO 80027. If you accept lodging arrangements through the UPA, we will pay for your room but it is possible you may need to share a room with one other person. If you would like to pay for and have your own room, you may still contact the hotel and ask for rooms blocked under the Ultimate Players Association to receive the group discount of $59.00 + tax/room. You may reach them at 303-604-0007. To get the group rate you must reserve your room no later than October 15th.
Airline Travel: Travel in and out of Boulder is most conveniently done through Denver International Airport. Sessions will begin at 8:30am on Saturday and end by 12:30pm on Sunday.
Transportation: Select the travel and accommodations link at the top of the page for information. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
