Consortium Rostering
Consortium Rostering Instructions

If you have a UPA-approved consortium for the upcoming College Series, here are some tips on how to go about registering your players and submitting your registrar-verified roster.  (If you are unsure whether you have a consortium, email matthew.bourland@upa.org and find out before submitting a roster with players from more than one school. Only UPA-approved consortiums will be allowed to compete in the College Series.)


Using the online rostering system

There are two options using the online system:

Option A (This is the cleanest, most organized option.)

1 – Add all players from one school to your roster.
2 – Hit the “Submit” button. This will generate a PDF of these players with the Registrar Instructions.
3 – Print out the PDF.
4 – Add all players from the other school.
5 – Hit the “Submit” button.  This will generate a second, separate PDF with these new players on it along with the Registrar Instructions.
6 – Print out the second PDF.
7 – Take each PDF roster and Registrar Instructions to the registrar office at the separate schools for verification.
8 – Mail in both verified PDF rosters and Registrar Instructions to the UPA.  

Option B
1 – Add all players from both schools to your roster.
2 – Hit the “Submit” button.  This will generate a PDF of all your players with the Registrar Instructions.
3 – Print out two copies of the PDF roster and Registrar Instructions.
4 – Take a copy of the PDF roster and Registrar Instructions to each school’s registrar office.  The registrar will only verify players that attend that school and will cross everyone else off.
5 – Mail in both verified PDF rosters and Registrar Instructions to the UPA.
